Interns

From data science and AI to design and marketing, our robust internship program offers transformative, hands-on opportunities. As a DSA intern, you'll gain real-world experience, one-on-one mentorship, and the skills, confidence, and connections to shape the future.

Our interns work 15-20 hours per week, with 12 of those hours in person at DSA's office.
Applicants must be active high school, undergraduate, or graduate students.

We offer both paid and academic credit internships.

Volunteers

Have a packed schedule but still want to make a difference? Our volunteer program allows students and professionals to contribute to data-driven projects that support our mission and strengthen our community.

Volunteers must commit to a minimum of 2-8 hours per week, depending on their role and student status
In-person availability is strongly preferred, especially during onboarding, though remote participation may be approved case-by-case.

Volunteer positions are not paid.
